Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is seeking a dynamic, creative and intellectually curious Curator to develop a compelling curatorial vision and to manage exhibition programs that fulfill that vision. The individual should have a deep understanding of contemporary art, craft and design. The Curator will be charged with a long-term exhibition plan with the goal of increasing BAM’s relevance within the greater Puget Sound Region while advancing the Museum’s mission.

Summer Camp Instructor

Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is looking for a Summer Camp Instructor who can develop and teach BAM Summer Camps. The goal of BAM’s camp programs is to actively engage youth in the exploration of art, craft, and design in a fun camp environment. This position works closely with the Education Manager and the Summer Camp Assistants to plan all aspects of BAM Summer Camps – including logistics, curriculum, classroom management, art projects, and other camp activities and games.

Artful Evening Auction Assistant Intern

Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is seeking a volunteer to join our team and gain hands-on, transferrable experience in support of our annual auction and gala, Artful Evening. This volunteer should expect to be involved in multiple aspects of the event execution and commit to a weekly schedule, with required time the three weeks prior to event date. The benefits to the volunteer include working with a professional and experienced team, dedicated committee members, artists, and art enthusiasts who care deeply about the Museum and their community. In return the volunteer should bring essential skills to this position, including excellent communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, exemplary organization skills, available to work some evenings, and an interest in the arts. Copywriting and event planning experience strongly preferred.
