Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is looking for Special Events Manager who can run private events smoothly and successfully. They will provide ongoing support to the Director of Development by assisting as the liaison for clients, caterers, janitorial crew, vendors, and attendees during private special events to ensure the success of the event.

Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is seeking a dynamic, creative and intellectually curious Curator to develop a compelling curatorial vision and to manage exhibition programs that fulfill that vision. The individual should have a deep understanding of contemporary art, craft and design. The Curator will be charged with a long-term exhibition plan with the goal of increasing BAM’s relevance within the greater Puget Sound Region while advancing the Museum’s mission.

Security Officer

Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is looking for Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of the Museum’s visitors, staff, facilities and its temporary collections with a customer service mindset. This department supports all activities, events and functions of the Bellevue Arts Museum. The Security Officers’ responsibility is to uphold the Museum’s policies and procedures by supporting Museum functions and by providing excellent support to all of its internal and external customers.

Executive and Development Assistant

Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is looking for the Executive and Development Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies engaging the Executive Director. Also working with the Development team, the position is responsible for gift processing and acknowledgements, administrative and research support, along with assistance for event logistics and planning. The Executive and Development Assistant will work closely with the Development Director and Guest Services staff. This role serves as primary support and contact by the ED for the Board of Trustees, including working on all board meeting logistics, preparation and execution of board meetings and communications throughout the year in coordination with the Executive Director.

Summer Camp Aftercare Specialist

Bellevue Arts Museum is seeking a positive role model to help manage children for Summer Camp Aftercare. This person will be responsible for supervising a total of 1-10 children aged 6-12. In coordination with the Camp Instructor and Education Programs Coordinator, the Aftercare Specialist will plan and manage activities after camps, including drawing/coloring and other art activities, board and card games, and age-appropriate movies.
